Step away from the pace of daily life and into a thoughtfully curated 2-hour mini urban retreat designed to relax your nervous system, restore your energy, and bring your body back into balance.
Hosted at SolFlo Life in Wicker Park, this experience takes place in a nature-inspired wellness lounge intentionally designed to support rest, healing, and nervous system regulation—allowing you to fully unwind the moment you arrive.
Your experience begins with group acupuncture in an Energy Enhancement System (EES) room on cloud-like individual beds. Each guest will receive a gentle, restorative acupuncture treatment to boost vitality, calm the nervous system, and promote the smooth flow of Qi. The acupuncture treatment is paired with immersion in the Energy Enhancement System. The Energy Enhancement System (EES) uses scalar fields and photon light to create a bio-active environment that helps the nervous system by promoting deep relaxation, accelerating cellular regeneration, and reducing stress. It helps shift the nervous system from a “stress” state to a regulated, calm state, improving mental clarity and supporting overall wellness. This unique combination of acupuncture with EES deepens the restorative healing effects of each modality.
You’ll then transition into a deeply immersive sound bath, where layered frequencies from crystal singing bowls and chimes guide the body into a calm, meditative state—helping you fully relax and integrate the treatment.
We’ll close with tea time and integration, offering a gentle space to ground, reflect, and reconnect before returning to your day.
